How to Order - All orders can be placed online through the website or through direct email. All orders are subject to availability and will be processed and completed upon receipt of full payment. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Completion of orders and shipment of products are subject to availability.

* All item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, or to APO/FPO addresses.

* You may mix several different models in your order to meet the minimum requirement.

Method of Payment - Payment for products can be made by Bank Wire Transfers and Bank Telegraphic Transfer.
Pricing Policy - All products on the INA Electronics Supplier website are priced in United States dollars, with an additional sales tax included only for jogja residents. For all international orders, any duties or local taxes are payable by the customer at the appropriate local rate.
Delivery - Delivery of products are shipped through UPS at additional shipping and handling costs. Delivery times is 2-3 days. The maximum period of delivery should not exceed 7 days, unless specifically agreed to with the customer . We will immediately inform customers of expected delays in shipment.
Return Policy - All sales of products can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge and sales tax, if applicable) if they are faulty or if the wrong item(s) has been dispatched, within 30 days of delivery. If the correct products are ordered and received, they may also be returned for a full refund within 30 days if they are shipped back to us at the customer's expense. All returns must be pre-approved by INA Electronics Supplier via email. Returned products must be unused, still have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery invoice. Exchanges for products of equal or lesser value will be made if the customer assumes shipping costs. Nothing in these conditions affects the statutory rights of our customers. Bank Account utilized by the customer for purchases will be credited with the original purchase amount after returned goods have been received and inspected. All sales are considered final 30 days from the postmarked date on the original shipping package (the postmarked date on which the item shipped from INA Electronics Supplier to the customer ) or upon return (in original condition) for refund or exchange.
Out-of-Stock - If an item is ordered that becomes out of stock prior to receipt of the order, the customer will be contacted via email and offered currently stocked items as a substitute. In the event a substitution is not satisfactory, the order will not be processed and instead deleted from the server database.
Privacy - Our product order forms request information from the customer as required to conduct transactions. The customer must provide contact information, such as contact name, shipping address, email address, telephone number necessary for the sale. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer order.
